Hightower Launches "Business Enrichment" Program

Hightower has launched another offering for its advisors, called Elevate. This is a 20-week virtual business enrichment program designed to help Hightower advisors master practical ways to propel their business forward through the pandemic and beyond. Courses in Elevate started in the first week of May and include:
This online education series features a mix of collaborative webinar meetings, video lectures, and workshops on specific topics such as organic growth, human capital, scale and efficiency and business valuations.
In April the US wealth management group rolled out the “Engage” marketing platform in partnership with marketing technology firm Snappy Kraken. The platform is designed to help Hightower advisors maximize their reach, enhance client engagement and jumpstart growth.
The COVID-19 crisis and hit to normal business activity puts a premium on how firms can ramp up sales growth and revenues once lockdowns and other suppression measures are lifted. Social distancing and the intensifying use of video/digital tech is also accelerating.
“These virtual learning opportunities are a great way for our advisors to leverage our close-knit community to learn, collaborate and grow together – even from afar,” Bob Oros, Hightower chief executive, said.
Organic Growth Series: Designed for the advisor who is growth-minded and ambitious, this 20-week program leads advisors through the steps necessary to jumpstart business growth, while also providing opportunities for networking and peer collaboration. Courses include mastering pipeline workflows, using Engage , solidifying COIs and increasing referrals and share of wallet opportunities.
Human Capital Series: Designed to help Hightower advisors with sourcing, hiring and retaining top talent, this virtual program outlines the steps required to create an exemplary advisory business staff. Courses include identifying and accessing key talent, creating a performance-based culture, getting the most from employees, and coaching the next generation of leaders.
Scale and Efficiency Series: This three-part series provides a roadmap for Hightower advisory businesses for adopting and maximizing the digital operations tools offered through Hightower and its custodians. These classes will help advisors scale, improve client security, reduce operating costs and gain the efficiencies their businesses need to thrive.
Business Owner Services Series: This series puts a focus on introducing Hightower’s differentiated valuation capabilities to prospective business owner clients and centers of influence. Courses are focused on driving dialog with existing and new business owners to showcase support and services offered to assist them.
